![]() ![]() With Mac OSX 10.9 (and subsequently in 10.10), Apple has moved accessibility option to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy. Therefore, users have to enable it manually. ![]() However in OSX 10.9 and 10.10 there is no such API to programmatically enable accessibility from the application. Prior to Mac OSX 10.9 (Mavericks), Worksnaps client can enable the accessibility programmatically. Worksnaps Client for MAC depends the accessibility to get the keyboard events, so we need to enable accessibility on Mac OS. If you do not see it now, you might need to wait for the system to prompt you when Worksnaps Client tries to take a screen shot. If you see Worksnaps Client, please also check it (Figure 5).
